Returns Policy

Any goods returned to Allmach, other than goods incorrectly supplied, or goods with major defects will only be accepted for credit on the conditions that:

1) A Return Authority has been provided by Allmach,
2)The Goods are in saleable condition,
3)The Goods are stock items and are returned within 3 months of purchase,
4)A 15% restocking fee plus GST is charged,
5)The Freight charges are paid by the customer, and
6)The Goods returned are exactly the goods supplied by Allmach

Goods which are non-stock items and/or are made/fabricated to order are not returnable for credit.
