Allmach, a leading piping supplier within the water treatment and supply industry for more than 30 years, is proud to again be an exhibitor at Ozwater’24. Allmach will have an even bigger presence this year, with a larger exhibition booth to showcase its innovative water-saving piping products used for potable water and in water treatment plants.

The Ozwater’24 theme “Accelerating Action” is centred around the link between water scarcity and climate change. Allmach’s focus this year is on piping infrastructure for the water treatment industry, naming it “Piping with Purpose”.

Allmach’s display will showcase the company’s Purposeful Piping products including:

Surepress stainless steel pressfit system (10 x faster than welding)

UniPlas (SCH80 – specified by Sydney Water), and

Gardus Dual Containment Hose (Stop the Spill!).

Allmach’s technical sales manager Justin Allingham will be featuring the Gardus system through their “Stop the Spill” promotion.

“Piping with Purpose is a testament to Allmach’s commitment to how it views water-related systems”, says Justin. “We see our role as more than a distribution path of piping and water networks. We believe in offering customer-focused solutions that play a part in water conservation. That’s why we’re running our Stop the Spill campaign during Ozwater’24, showcasing our internationally acclaimed Gardus product.”

The alignment between Ozwater’24's focus on water preservation and Allmach’s “Stop the Spill” campaign flows seamlessly. Gardus, as the first dual containment hose water treatment chemical dosing system in Australia and New Zealand, is integral to this synergy.

In the rare event of a leak, the outer hose contains the leak, avoiding chemical spills and potential environmental impacts and harm to personnel. Gardus is the preferred option for chemical dosing hoses used in the water treatment industry.

The Surepress pressfit stainless steel system can carry potable and non-potable water, and other liquids, with the added benefit of being 10 times faster to install than traditional copper or steel solutions. Quality seal indicators show installers the joint was sealed perfectly, without the need for welding or hot work permits, saving both time and money through faster and quality-focused installations.

UniPlas SCD80 is a durable high-pressure chemical resistant uPVC pipe specified by Sydney Water as the standard for uPVC piping in all new installations. Both Uniplass SCD80 and Surepress are suitable for use in the water treatment industry.
