Hyundai Automotive Service Workshop

About Hyundai Automotive Service Workshop

The Hyundai Automotive Service Workshop is located in Greenacre, NSW. The project saw the installation of pipelines to supply water, compressed air, and various oils to each service bay. The installer, Focus Industrial, fitted the workshop out within a week and the client was “more than happy with how his workshop turned out”. Roy Bulloch, Focus Industrial Project Manager.

Pipe Infrastructure Capabilities

Allmach supplied about 420m of Surepress 316 stainless steel pipe and fittings. A 22mm size pipe was used for the oils and water and 28mm pipe for the compressed air. Due to the high demand of compressed air, 28mm stainless was specified to allow for a consistent flow to all service bays across the workshop. Roy was impressed with the service from Allmach, stating “Allmach helped us both with their expertise and fast delivery times to site."

"In addition, they showed us different bracket systems/fixings that we could try and had them delivered to site the same day”. He continued by adding: “Allmach has been our piping supplier for nearly 10 years and have always delivered beyond expectation ”.

Challenges and Solutions

With key delivery times sorted, the remaining challenge for the install team at Focus Industrial was to “install the pipe in a way that was practical yet aesthetically pleasing”. One of the main benefits of the Surepress stainless system is ease and efficiency of installation, and in addition, the finished result is aesthetically pleasing and hygienic, and as such, is suitable for the stringent requirements of car service stations.
