March 2024 marked a significant milestone for Allmach as Compliance Australia Certification Services conducted a thorough 3-day ISO 9001 re-certification audit at the company’s Narangba site.

George Fillis, Allmach’s HSEQ Manager (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) reflects on what ISO 9001 certification means for the company:



“This re-certification isn't just a procedural formality; it's a testament to our relentless pursuit of excellence and its profound implications for both Allmach and our valued customers” said George.

While audits usually identify areas in processes that need addressing, the recent audit found no instances of non-conformance to the ISO 9001 standard, a feat that demonstrates Allmach’s commitment to embodying the standard as best practice.

Mr Fillis said that the Allmach employees who took part in the audit left an impression on the auditor, as a representation of the spirit of ISO 9001 working across all levels of the organisation. George said the auditor was pleasantly surprised at the openness and input all staff had during this process, stating the auditor’s actual words mentioned the following:

‘The degree to which individuals understood elements of process, procedure - as well as context - was comprehensive and impressive.’
