Allmach’s 2025 Year in Review: A Year of People, Progress and Gratitude

2025 has been another big year for Allmach. When we pause to look back, it’s easy to see how much we’ve achieved, including the wins from early in the year that might have been overshadowed by more recent ones - those that are more front of mind.

As 2025 draws to a close, we reflect on what’s been another year of growth, innovation and connection at Allmach. It’s been a year defined by people, the ones behind the brand, the customers we serve, and the communities we support. From major facility upgrades to industry recognition and continued innovation, 2025 has been about building a stronger foundation for the future.

Celebrating Our People: The Heart of Allmach

This year, our “People Behind the Brand” series continued to shine a light on some of the valued team members who make Allmach what it is.

We heard from Prats, who keeps our IT systems protected from cyber threats and running smoothly; Faizan, who ensures inventory accuracy and procurement across multiple states; Curtis, who supports customers with practical account solutions; and Raelene, whose focus on customer experience reflects the care and reliability Allmach is known for.

Their stories reflect a shared commitment of going the extra mile for customers, supporting one another, and bringing our company values to life daily.

And outside the workplace, 2025 brought plenty of joyful moments for our Allmach family. We celebrated two weddings and welcomed three new babies: special occasions we shared together as a team. It’s nice to celebrate the important things in our personal lives as well as our successes at work.

Narangba Renovations: Building Spaces That Work as Hard as We Do

At our Narangba site in Queensland, 2025 marked a major transformation that had been years in the making and eagerly anticipated.

The Narangba office, Allmach’s original Queensland location, has always been at the heart of our operations. But as the team grew, the space simply couldn’t keep up. According to Customer Relations Manager Chris Millar, the renovation was about “creating a space where people can do their best work, both with a sense of satisfaction and comfort”.

The result has been creating a modern workspace roughly three times larger than before, with higher ceilings, more light, and far better functionality. The upgrade has already transformed how the team works and feels.

“It feels like turning up to a new job,” Chris says. “Everyone’s happier with their surroundings, more connected, and proud of where they work.”

Beyond the physical space, the renovation represents something deeper: growth built on legacy. The Narangba site has been home to Allmach for more than a decade, and instead of relocating, the business expanded on the same foundation. It’s a true reflection of steady, sustainable progress.

Helping Hands and Stronger Communities

Supporting others has always been part of the Allmach DNA, and our Helping Hand initiative continued that spirit in 2025. As the year ends, we reflect on those in our community who are less fortunate and need a helping hand.

Through the Allmach Compassion Fund, we once again backed causes that align with our values, from disaster relief and mental health organisations to children’s hospitals and veteran support services.

While every cause Allmach supports is important, one noteworthy example is getting behind one of our valued customers, Steve Dib. Steve has taken up the challenge of extensive training to be part of the Executive Fighter Charity Fight Night to benefit the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation. This is just one example of Allmach supporting worthwhile causes.

These efforts go beyond token gestures; it’s about being in a fortunate position to be able to give back authentically and with gratitude. It’s one of the many ways our team lives the values of service, ownership, and drive that define who we are.

Commitment to Quality and Safety

Our focus on quality and safety remains unwavering, with 2025 being no exception. Some of our highlights in this area include:

  • ISO9001 annual surveillance audit: Completed with zero non-conformances for the third year in a row
  • Watermark certification audit: Achieved with zero non-conformances
  • Dual AGA and DVGW certification: A new benchmark for Surepress as Australia’s only pressfit piping system ready for natural gas and hydrogen

These results speak to the care and professionalism of every team member across Allmach. It’s about doing things right, so our customers can rely on us without question, with the confidence knowing we have our operations and certifications in order, year after year. Our commitment to safety is also about doing things right by our team, with over 400 consecutive days without a lost-time injury, and only one LTI in the past three years.

Innovations That Matter

Innovation continued to feature throughout 2025. One example of this is the Polygonal O Ring.

This unique design delivers superior sealing performance in pressfit systems, ensuring tighter joints, reduced maintenance, and enhanced longevity, especially in demanding environments.

It’s a prime example of how Allmach continues to lead through practical innovation, helping customers save time, improve safety, and maintain the highest quality standards.

OZwater’25: Making a Splash

OZwater conferences are always a key highlight in Allmach’s calendar. It’s a chance to be part of the piping industry that distributes, purifies and protects the precious resource of water. It’s an opportunity to showcase the innovation of our products, as well as the expertise and passion we have as a company in this niche area.

At this year’s OZwater’25 conference, Allmach’s exhibit stood out as a ‘masterclass in design and communication’ (as included in the organiser’s end-of-event report).

Featuring a bold blue-and-orange design, a dynamic LED screen, and clear, benefit-driven messaging, the stand made our products easy to understand, even for casual observers within the industry. The focus on clarity, impact, and value reflected how we aim to communicate across every part of our business.

Our team once again showcased world-class piping solutions, reinforcing our mission to deliver “Piping with Purpose”, with technology that’s safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

Staying Connected: The Pipeline and Our Customers

Our customers are at the centre of everything we do, and this year we continued to strengthen that connection through The Pipeline EDM - a regular newsletter that keeps our community informed, engaged and inspired.

The Pipeline EDM showcases our people, product innovation and industry highlights to an audience of over 10,000 active followers. It strengthens our connection with our customers by delivering insightful content, which in part drives our high NPS (Net Promoter Score) that measures customer satisfaction and guides future improvements.

These initiatives ensure we stay close to the people who matter most: the customers who trust Allmach as their piping partner.

Looking Ahead: 2026 and Beyond

With 2026 on the horizon, Allmach is already setting its sights on new goals.

Next year will see the launch of an updated Piping Guide, and we will be attending two industry events for the first time: ARBS (Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Building Services exhibition) in Melbourne, and Sydney Water Infrastructure Pipeline and Supply Chain Expo.

Other key updates in 2026 include a refreshed website to make information easier to access and improve customer experience, as well as a new suite of Surepress pressfit training videos launching in the new year to further support installers and strengthen industry knowledge.

We’ll also continue investing in our people, our products, and our community, continuing to move forward and build on the legacy we’ve worked so hard to create.

From everyone at Allmach, a heartfelt “thank you” for being part of our journey in 2025. Your support, trust, and collaboration make everything we do possible. We truly value the support and trust our customers and suppliers place in Allmach.

Here’s to another year of innovation, connection, and shared success in 2026.
Sincerely, the team at Allmach.
